So I've just finished my plan with Tara and all I can say is - she is incredible!! I started off knowing nothing about weights, was super shy and scared of the weight area but after the 2nd week I had no worries she grew my confidence sooooo much! I've learnt so much from her, from food and exercise to general wellbeing and happiness and confidence. She is ALWAYS there when I need support if I ever feel rubbish she is so motivating and pushes me further. I can't recommend her enough if you're a woman (or a man!) looking to confidence build and to get into weights 100000% recommend Tara. I love ya chick thanks so much for everything you've done thanks to you I can now wear a bikini and not feel paranoid and I feel so much more comfortable and happy in my clothes!! Xxxxx

I honestly will never look back from this, I've discovered things about me I didn't know and realised I was my harshest critic. Honestly hand on heart with Tara at the helm everyone can get results, because she gets you to believe in yourself and you can eat FOOD! Last week was the first week in my life I stood on the scales and hoped I hadn't lost, I can't fit in more food!

I love how I now look at food, that counting calories and macros isn't the ballache I initially thought it would be and it's nice to actually KNOW what I'm eating and the benefits I'm gaining from it.
I've learnt I'm not as weak as I thought I was and getting stronger! And I've learnt that I actually ENJOY exercise when I thought I'd hate it. I actually enjoy going to the gym and love seeing and feeling my progress!
It's been awesome! Can't wait to continue my training and good eating habits
Massive thank you for helping me over the last few weeks. My mental well being has improved massively, I feel more confident i myself and can actually say I know what to do in a gym now to get results. I can't wait to continue. Doing this made me realise you can do anything if you put your mind to it,so during the last week I have also quit smoking!!

In just under 8 weeks under Tara Hall instruction at the gym and food/calories, my weight has fluctuated due to water retention but I have lost 8lb and a very comfortable dress size. Now happily back in a size 10, my measurement results are most dramatic... couldn't have done it without her knowledge and enthusiasm, even at my lowest she has kept me going and I'm so grateful for her professional help and her friendship. Let's hope this is only the start... Daniel Bumphrey and my wedding is in 546 days (not that I'm counting) by then the progress will be hopefully indescribable xx

"I felt frustrated with myself and not at all confident in the way I looked, I felt a bit powerless as I just felt I would never be able to shift stubborn body fat, I thought I was quite healthy but looking back I can see that I wasn't eating as well as I thought I was.
Now I feel stronger and fitter physically, I feel more energetic and motivated. I feel more body confident and because I have gained so much knowledge this gives me confidence moving forward, I feel empowered, it's exciting!
I have just loved this journey and learning to see it as that and to enjoy it has been key, I have learnt so much from you Tara and being patient with myself and remembering not to compare myself has also been crucial. The accountability and check ins have been vital in motivating me at the beginning of the week, you being readily available to answer questions has also been so helpful. My understanding of nutrition, setting calories and understanding macros is something I didn't really have a clue about and it all has just made sense. Thank you!
"I had been wanting to get fit and healthy for years and never knew where to start. I was diagnosed with anxiety, OCD and a eating disorder 6 1/2 years ago when my youngest was a baby. I have really struggled and has taken a very long time to get to where I am now without medication but the eating patterns didn’t change. I felt stuck in a rut, exhausted all the time, mood swings, migraines, daily headaches and a emotional wreck. I have followed Tara for a a few years and thought I really need to do this but then didn’t until recently, I stopped sitting on the fence and took the plunge. I contacted Tara and with the support off Tara I joined the fitness program. My first thought was can I really do this and achieve results or will I just give up! But I have enjoyed every minute. In the first week was challenging due to food but it was because I only lived on cups of tea literally and snacks. Within around 3 days I noticed results no headache, more energy. And from there I got into a routine and can honestly say I feel great. I’ve lost weight and gaining muscle, I sleep so much better than I was getting 1-2hours at the most before fitness and I love food now. My confidence is coming back, I feel healthy and mentally 100%.
I could write a long list of how Tara has helped me all the way through and support is great.
I will be keeping up my fitness and eating to reach my next goal. And the biggest thing my family have noticed how I have changed mentally and physically to.
No more sitting on the fence for me now and can’t wait to see what else I can achieve.
