You now have access to the app so make sure you login using the login details you used when joining the programme. You have 10 weeks access to the app.

Once you have downloaded the app (MyPTHub) you can click on your files section and make sure you read through the Programme download as well as the Eat Lean Guide - these are the main ones to read through and will include calorie details and how to use the programme

You can set your own start date when joining the programme or message me in the app and I can change this for you.
