I also know if you have followed any of these diets (or similar) you've either:

1 - Not lost any weight or got any results at all

2 - Lost weight quickly but then put it all back on (sometimes more)

This is NORMAL, and also not your fault

The above diets put you in a very restrictive and unsustainable calorie deficit

To lose weight and body fat you need to be in a calorie deficit (eating fewer than you burn each day)

The shocking truth is that these diets usually come in at less than 1000 calories per day 

Which then results in extreme hunger after a few days resulting in binging, lack of self worth and feeling like a failure each time

They also give unsustainable cookie cutter meal plans. They tell you what to eat and you and everyone else gets the same plan

What happens if you forget your lunch? Want to eat out? Want something else to eat?

You can't and then end up binging or eating whatever then 'starting again Monday'

These diets over restrict and demonise foods 

Most of these programme completely ban some foods, some sugar, some fat, some carbs, some even fruit!! All of which can be fitted into a successful and healthy diet

Set up

When you sign up, I take some details so I can set up your nutrition and training plan. Two days before the programme starts you will have access to these so you have a couple of days to prepare.

You will be set up on the app, members area of the website and private Facebook group

WORKOUTS

Your training can be done from home or gym. The app lets you view your workouts, record your progress and has helpful videos to show you how to do the exercises.

NUTRITION

You will have recommended calorie targets as well as sample meal plans and healthy recipe books

MEMBERS WEBSITE

You have an 8 week course to work through to teach you about training and nutrition. It is a huge range of resources where you'll find answers to your fitness/diet/health questions.

Private facebook group

You will be joined by other women on the same journey as you. You can interact with others, share journeys, success and struggles as well as get involved with the challenges and tasks.

There is a brilliant, caring community and nothing that is posted is treated with prejudice or judement

CAN I WORKOUT FROM HOME?

Yes you have workouts for home and for the gym

ARE CLASSES AT THE HUT OR PERSONAL TRAINING INCLUDED?

No these aren't included but you can book sessions seperately

DO I GET A MEAL PLAN?

Yes the meal plans are flexible so you can choose from different foods and I teach you how to track foods such as chocolate in and alcohol ;)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

You will be able to download the app, I will add you to the private Facebook group and you will get the workout schedule on the day it starts, with your meal plan sent to you the weekend before the start date.
